Tonic Water #5

Call it the Big Lebowski. As in naked, and big.

4 cups water
1/3 cup citric acid
1/3 cup cinchona bark
1 tsp sea salt

bring to boil, reduce to simmer, 45 minutes, then do as normal.


UPDATE: unsure if I used 1/3 or 1/4 cup bark.
